Terms of sale

1. Seller

Manovre Pro is sold by COACHING BUSINESS 360, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, SIREN 894 654 458, 9 chemin du Pontet, ZAC du Pontet, 69380 Civrieux-d'Azergues, France. Contact: contact@antony-rouxel.com.

2. Scope

These terms of sale apply to the Manovre Pro subscription. Your data is handled as described in the extension privacy policy.

3. Plans

Free plan. It lets you connect one agent at a time. It requires no payment.

Manovre Pro. It lets you connect up to 10 agents. One subscription covers 3 computers: on another computer, “J'ai déjà Pro” (I already have Pro) links it to your subscription, with a code sent to the subscription's email address. There is no trial: the free plan stays available with no time limit.

4. Prices

Manovre Pro costs €10 a month, or €100 a year, all taxes included. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The price including tax shown is the price you pay, whatever your country. The price that applies is the one shown when you subscribe.

If our prices change, your current subscription keeps the price you subscribed at.

5. Subscribing

1. In the Manovre panel, choose Pro, then the monthly or yearly plan.
2. You reach Stripe's secure payment page, showing the price and the period.
3. You tick the box “I accept MANOVRE's terms of sale. I ask for MANOVRE Pro to start straight away. If I withdraw within 14 days, I will only pay for the days already elapsed.” (section 8), then confirm the payment.

The subscription is concluded once the payment is accepted. If two subscriptions are paid for the same computer, the second one is cancelled and refunded in full, automatically.

6. Payment and invoices

Payment is made by card, through Stripe. You enter your card, name and billing address at Stripe: Manovre never sees your card number and does not keep it.

The first period (a month or a year) is paid when you subscribe. After that, the amount is charged automatically at the start of each new period.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it, and you keep Manovre Pro during these retries. If the payment still does not go through, the subscription may end: you then return to the free plan.

Your invoices can be viewed and downloaded at any time from “Gérer mon abonnement” (Manage my subscription) in the Manovre panel.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

Manovre Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, from “Gérer mon abonnement”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Manovre Pro until then, and you then return to the free plan. The current period is not refunded pro rata, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 8).

To switch between the monthly and yearly plans, cancel your subscription, then subscribe to the other plan.

When you return to the free plan, the agent you chose stays connected (otherwise, the most recently used one); the others are disconnected. Nothing else is deleted.

For the yearly plan, we remind you by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the period, that you may choose not to renew it (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).

“Delete my data”, in the panel, does not cancel your subscription: for that, use “Gérer mon abonnement”.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your subscription to withdraw, without giving any reason.

For Manovre Pro to start straight away, before that period ends, you expressly ask for it by ticking the box provided at payment (section 5). If you then withdraw within those 14 days, we refund the price paid, minus the share for the subscription days already elapsed until your withdrawal.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at contact@antony-rouxel.com, for example using the form below. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, Manovre Pro benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for the whole term of the subscription. If a lack of conformity appears, write to us: we will bring the service into conformity. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you can obtain a price reduction or end the subscription.

10. Your responsibility for what your agent does

Manovre carries out in your browser the actions that you or your agent ask for. You choose your agent and its instructions, and you remain responsible for what it does in your name on the sites where you switch it on. By default, Manovre pays for nothing and does not touch your passwords: if you switch these settings on, you do so knowingly.

11. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@antony-rouxel.com.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not settled the dispute, you can refer it free of charge to MCP Médiation, the consumer mediator of COACHING BUSINESS 360: 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, France, https://mcpmediation.org, contact@mcpmediation.org. You can do so within one year of your written complaint.

12. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply to your subscription are the ones you accepted when subscribing. If we change them, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the competent court under the legal rules, in particular the court of your place of residence. If you act in a professional capacity, the courts of Lyon have sole jurisdiction.
